Who are we

Dress For Success Dublin is a not-for-profit organisation founded in New York City in 1997. We seek to provide help and support to low-income out-of-work women who were seeking employment and self-sufficiency.

What we do

We solve the “Catch-22” that confronts disadvantaged women trying to enter the workforce: without a job, how can you afford a suit? But without a suit, how can you get a job? Our goal is for each woman we help to leave Dress For Success Dublin with a complete outfit that will help her achieve employment.

Who we help

Dress For Success Dublin treats every potential client with dignity and respect. We don’t have strict eligibility criteria. We strive to allow everyone to walk through our doors feeling confident and welcome. We don’t focus on where our clients have been but rather where they are going.

Working with you

There are three groups that Dress For Success Dublin works with: businesses and organisations, agency partners, and private individuals. Whichever group you fall into, our site is here to make it as easy for as possible to get involved with Dress For Success Dublin.
