For over a decade, she worked with Enterprise Ireland, the Government organisation responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets.
She has served as Chair of Dress for Success Dublin since 2015.
Lisa’s wealth of experience makes her contribution to Dress for Success Dublin invaluable.
Founder & Director
Sonya Lennon has over two decades’ experience as a prominent fashion stylist, broadcaster, designer and businesswoman. She has won multiple awards for founding Dress for Success Dublin.
She has also successfully launched and grown fashion brand Lennon Courtney, and is currently working on fafinder.com, a cross-platform digital service designed to support independent fashion retailers.
She was twice elected to the Board of the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland, and also sat on the Advisory Board for Ireland’s Year of Design 2015.
Cathriona Edwards is a Communications consultant, psychotherapist, trainer and coach with over 18 years’ experience.
She is a member of the Human Givens Institute Board, has an Honours Degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and an MA in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Previously, she was Communications Manager with RTÉ.
Cathriona is energised by helping individuals harness their innate strengths, and it is this drive to help ignite self-confidence in others that spurred her voluntary involvement with Dress for Success.
Nicola Horgan is highly experienced across education and career progression strategies. Having completed more than 10,000 CV / interview assessments, she is also skilled in training in employability.
Nicola runs NHR Consulting, working with third-level partners on institutional audits, QQI pathways, validation, and funding. She developed & secured funding for Ireland’s first blended-learning MSc in International Business Development, and is an EU Commission Assessor for Transfer of Innovation and Partnership application evaluations.
Eamonn Dunne is Chief Executive Officer of Northside Home Care Services (NHCS), a not-for-profit organisation that promotes independent living for people with disabilities. His vast managerial experience and qualifications have been fundamental to the development and progression of NHCS. His determination for NHCS is to have all staff engaging with clients in a most professional and caring manner and to support staff to perform their duties expertly and efficiently. Eamonn’s brings his expertise of working in the not-for-profit sector to his role with our Board.
Kyla O’Kelly is Director at Javelin Group Dublin, one of Ireland's leading integrated agencies. She delivers digital, brand, advertising, direct marketing, loyalty and CSR campaigns with serious ROI and market impact; and leads profitable client accounts for many top brands, nationally and globally. Her passion for working on data-led marketing strategies and a belief in the power of great ideas to shift the bottom line makes her a valuable member of the Board of Dress for Success Dublin.
Ada Kelly is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and has previously served on the Executive Committee of the Institute. In the past, she has also served as a member of the Board of the Retirement Planning Council of Ireland.
Ada joined the Board of Dress for Success Dublin in 2013. In her role with our organisation, she draws on over 13 years of experience in HR, working with many large companies and government departments.
