As the CEO of Dress for Success Dublin, Angela Smith works with our board to create strategies and best management practices. She oversees the implementation and evaluation of strategies throughout our services; and develops relationships with corporate supporters, referral partners, clients and volunteers. Angela previously served as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Diageo Ireland.

Operations and Programmes Manager

Nuala Smith is highly experienced in community development and the not-for-profit sector. She is the Operations and Programme Coordinator at Dress for Success Dublin, with responsibility for our day-to-day operations. She also oversees the development, implementation, participation and delivery of our specific programmes. Previously, she worked at HeadStrong and with City of Dublin Youth Service Board.

Martina Quinn

Business Development & Fundraising Coordinator

As the Fundraising and Business Development Coordinator at Dress for Success Dublin, Martina Quinn’s role involves planning fundraising campaigns and events, liaising with corporate supporters and identifying sustainable funding sources for our work. She also manages PR, social media and direct marketing; and leads our International Women’s Day and Equal Pay campaigns.

Office & Boutique Coordinator

As our Office and Boutique Coordinator, Deirdre Nugent manages the day-to-day office administration, our accounts, banking, post and ordering supplies. She also manages our general customer service and our on-site boutique.

Design & Communications assistant

Elena Georgieva is our Design and Communications Assistant, with responsibility for our website design and maintenance, and the creation of logos, posters and print materials for our campaigns and marketing activities. Elena was responsible for the creation of the logo and all print and online materials for our 2016 International Women’s Day campaign.
