Lisa Vaughan – Chairperson

Lisa Vaughan has served as Chairperson of Dress for Success Dublin since 2015 and has been a crucial driving force behind our charity.

Lisa brings expertise in strategy, investment, organisational development, and governance to her position as Chair. For over 10 years Lisa worked for Enterprise Ireland on the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world, and now works as a management consultant and executive coach.

Sonya Lennon - Founder of Dress for Success Dublin

Sonya Lennon – Founder & Director

Sonya Lennon founded Dress for Success Dublin in 2010 matching her fashion expertise with her passion for supporting women in the workplace and advancing workplace equality in Ireland. She has won multiple awards for her work with the charity.

A designer, broadcaster and entrepreneur, Sonya co-owns fashion brand Lennon Courtney and has been twice elected to the Board of the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland.

Nicola Horgan

Nicola Horgan – Director

Nicola Horgan brings her vast experience in education and career progression strategies to the board. She has completed over 10,000 CV / interview assessments and is highly skilled in employability training.

Nicola runs NHR Consulting and is also an EU Commission Assessor for Transfer of Innovation and Partnership application evaluations.

Ada Kelly

Ada Kelly – Director

Ada Kelly joined the Board of Dress for Success Dublin in 2013. As a director, she draws on over 13 years of experience in HR, working with large companies and government departments.

Ada is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has previously served on the Executive Committee of the Institute, as well as the Board of the Retirement Planning Council of Ireland.

Cathriona Edwards - Director

Cathriona Edwards – Director

Cathriona Edwards brings two decades of experience as a communications consultant, psychotherapist, trainer and coach to the board. She is energised by igniting self-confidence in others and helping people to harness their innate strengths.

Cathriona is a member of the Human Givens Institute Board, has an Honours Degree in Psychology, an MA in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has previously served as Communications Manager with RTÉ.

Kyla O’Kelly – Director

Kyla O’Kelly is Director at Javelin Group Dublin and brings her passion for working on data-led marketing strategies and a belief in the power of great ideas to her position on the board.

Kyla’s expertise lies in delivering digital, brand, advertising, direct marketing, loyalty and CSR campaigns for many top brands, both nationally and globally.
