Angela Smith – Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Dress for Success Dublin, Angela Smith works with our board to create strategies and best management practices. She oversees the implementation and evaluation of strategies throughout our services; and develops relationships with corporate supporters, referral partners, clients and volunteers.
Angela previously served as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Diageo Ireland.
Nuala Smith – Operations & Programmes Manager
Nuala Smith is highly experienced in community development and the not-for-profit sector. She is the Operations and Programme Coordinator at Dress for Success Dublin, with responsibility for our day-to-day operations. She also oversees the development, implementation, participation and delivery of our specific programmes.
Previously, Nuala worked at HeadStrong and with City of Dublin Youth Service Board.
Martina Quinn – Campaigns and Events Manager
Martina works with DfSD on a consultancy basis, as our Campaigns and Events Manager. Her role involves managing our flagship International Women’s Day and #WorkEqual campaigns.
She also coordinates all political engagement and PR activities; and devises the promotional strategies for Dress for Success Dublin events.
Ger Ennis – Outreach Co-Ordinator
Ger coordinates our outreach clinics with women’s groups/referral agencies nationwide. This is a programme which extends our reach beyond our Dublin base, enabling us to empower women across the country, supporting them to (re)enter the workforce. Ger works in maximising our impact and matching our services to communities where the outcome is most valuable.
Ger has over 22 years’ experience working in the voluntary sector, particularly around women’s issues.
