Dress for Success Dublin was founded in 2011 by TV presenter, designer and social entrepreneur, Sonya Lennon. Our mission is to promote the economic independence of women by providing career development tools and a support network.
We are an affiliate of a global organisation, Dress for Success Worldwide, an international not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives and careers of women in around the world.
At Dress for Success Dublin, our mission is to promote the economic independence of women and build an Ireland where everyone’s skills and potential are recognised by a society that champions workplace equality and remuneration. We provide job search supports and career development services to women seeking to (re)enter the workforce. We improve our clients’ confidence inside and the out through career coaching, mentoring and professional styling.
With the support of our 80 highly skilled volunteers and corporate partners, we have helped thousands of women to date to secure jobs and progress their career. We operate from our office and boutique in Dublin 7; our partners’ locations; through outreach events across the country; and online.

We also campaign for workplace equality across Ireland, through engagement with Government and elected representatives, policy makers, employers and civil society. Our campaign work involves shaping legislation and public policy, employment policy of organisations and attitude in society.
