In order to raise funds and awareness of our work and the challenges that women face in the workplace, we run two annual campaigns.

On the 8th of March, we celebrate International Women’s Day with a coordinated campaign across workplaces in Dublin and beyond. You can read more about it here.

Since November 2016, we have staged an annual campaign to raise awareness of the gender pay gap and related issues. The campaign focuses on the month of November, during which, women in Ireland stop earning, relative to men. That’s because the current gender pay gap of 13.9% means that woman in Ireland effectively work for free for the last 50 days of the year, when compared with their male counterparts. Learn about the campaign here.
