Last Sunday, 20th November, we held our inaugural Disco Brunch at Medley Café Bistro on Fleet Street. The event was part of our Equal Pay Day campaign that we have been running for the month of November and it’s safe to say it was a great success! There are a lot of people who helped make the event the success it was…
We would like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful staff at Medley Café Bistro who served the delicious brunch and were so helpful in the run up to the event. We will most definitely be returning to the fab venue on Fleet St.
We would also like to thank all of the companies and suppliers who supported the event. Prosecco on arrival was sponsored by Febvre Wines and tea and coffee were sponsored by Green Bean.
Thank you so much to: Boots, Cliff Town House, Marks & Spencer, Melt Apothecary, Burren Smoked Salmon and Everleigh Gardens who donated amazing prizes to the raffle. We were a little jealous that we couldn’t win ourselves!
Of course, a Disco Brunch wouldn’t be complete without disco music! Nialler9 and Today FM’s Kate Brennan Harding very kindly agreed to play the disco beats for the afternoon and they provided the perfect tunes for a disco boogie. A huge thank you to them both for their legendary contribution.
Finally, thank you to all our fabulous guests who came, brunched and boogied! We raised over €3000 for Dress for Success Dublin which will go towards supporting women back into the workforce. Here’s to first of many Dress for Success Disco Brunches!
